Test system and environment administration
You must be able to work alone too and have a nice sense of personal time management and performance evaluation.

Responsabil cu remedierea incidentelor si problemelor semnalate de utilizatori.
Resposabil cu informarea si instruirea utilizatorilor in folosirea eficienta a hardware-ului si a software-ului agreate.
Responsabil cu determinarea specificatiilor tehnice si asigurarea achizitiilor de hardware si software pentru utilizatori.
Responsabil cu documentarea si intretinerea informatiilor legate de echipamentele hardware si de reteaua locala.

Senior Bussiness Analyst For Software Solutions

Participates in business analysis activities for new product or new modules, also for implementation projects.
The main responsibility of the Business Analyst is to gather, detail, and document requirements in a format that is appropriate to the technical developers.They provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the Business Users for successful development and implementation of projects.
Builds the business model of the system which will be developed, according to the UML methodology.
Writes the analysis documentation in the format requested by the project.
Participates in the design phase of the user interface.
Creates or helps in creating test scenarios.
